Frequently asked questions
This is a wonderful question and the answer is already within you.
Vinyasa Yoga is a very inclusive and versatile yoga style. It is based on intelligent flow and natural movement of the body, and it adapts beautifully to each practitioner.
I personally love teaching and practicing Vinyasa because it allows me to meet every student exactly where they are - from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.
My practices are highly focused and thoughtfully designed.
That’s why I created different yoga packages - each one tailored to specific abilities, needs, and intentions.
This way, every practitioner receives the most accurate and supportive experience for their personal journey.
Yoga is the connection between who I am and the body I live in.
Vinyasa allows us to move at a pace that truly suits us.
If I’m a beginner, I’ll choose beginner Vinyasa.
If I’m an intermediate practitioner, I’ll choose Vinyasa Flow.
If I’m advanced, I’ll practice Power Yoga.
Sometimes we want focused strength and deep stretching, that’s when a targeted practice like Power House is perfect.
Sometimes we simply want to move, explore, and discover new ways of motion.
Any practice that connects me to myself becomes a meaningful and deep practice.
I believe each person experiences stress differently.
Some people want to slow down, breathe, and relax.
Others prefer meditative movement.
Some need to disconnect and work hard physically.
Others want to gently reconnect through soft movement.
Yoga offers space for all of these needs.
Yoga exists everywhere.
When we are connected to our body and truly listening to it, we are already practicing.
Every moment of awareness is a gain.
Even practicing once a week is wonderful and beneficial.
In yoga, we move with the breath and bring awareness to breathing.
This combination of mindful movement and breath immediately reduces stress and releases endorphins.
All you really need is to arrive and be present.
A yoga mat is great, but you can also practice on a carpet.
