This package is very dear to me, you can get a taste of other ways i move and connect with my body. 5 very different and challenging movement and mobility dancing- Ballet, moving yoga, belly dance, movement and T'ai chi motion inspiration
These classes were built for those of you who love to explore motion. It's for people who are movers at heart who have the will to explore.
Every class is just a glimpse of what we can achieve together.

Movement/ locomotion/free stile - fun
So much fun!
Join me and explore animal like locomotion, working hard into your squat building a small combination.
And a standing, moving, verry easy and fun combination as well.

Ballet yoga motion
Experience this 36-minute ballet yoga session. Embrace the grace of classical ballet with gentle and powerful movements. If you aim to express yourself from within, this class is perfect for you. No ballet background is necessary—just a passion for movement and a desire to discover new connections.

This practice embodies peace and love
If you feel like moving and and connecting, engage this gentle yet focused and strong practice. This class will leave you felling energized and warm .
We'll work on balance,flexebility, shifting weight and deep squats. All standing.

Belly dance - motion
Belly dance, in my view, is a soulful expression through movement. This class promotes mobility and allows for endless motion, as belly speaks its own unique language. I'm excited to offer you more classes and guide you through each step. This session will give you a glimpse of what we can achieve together. Enjoy the experience! Perfection isn't necessary—embrace your body's movement. Let’s release muscles free joints, and have fun!
